Men like to push themselves to the limit to get stronger, but is there a price for pushing your body to the limit in the wrong way? We know that injuries can’t always be avoided, and training hard poses more risks than training half-assed. As an athlete wanting to chase the dream with less than perfect genetics you must push yourself to the limit. However, there still needs to be a understanding of risk versus reward with every chosen exercise.
